Shipping & Delivery Policy
When customers place a delivery order, orders will be delivered the next day. Although Country Farm & Feed refers to a 24 hour time frame, we cannot guarantee an exact time to match the time a customer places an order, but we can guarantee the next day. Our process for deliveries is simplified into these steps: order is placed, items are placed onto delivery trucks and trailers, delivery teams are assigned routes, and orders are delivered to all customers for the day. Please keep in mind, Country Farm & Feed services a number of farm friends in Nebraska, and delivery teams work quickly and safely to get all orders delivered. Conditions where orders may be delayed: weather related, holidays, emergency traffic situations. All customers may reach out to Country Farm & Feed by telephone when an order is on the road to being delivered. 402-227-9422. Customers will be contacted by Country Farm & Feed if an order is delayed for delivery.
When customers place an order online that is being shipped, customers must select their shipment option. Country Farm & Feed prioritizes every order, no matter delivery or shipping. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order fulfillment.
Pick-up Order Policy
When customers select to do order pick-up from County Farm & Feed, customers must wait to receive a confirmation email stating that the order is ready for pickup before arriving at County Farm & Feed. To ensure orders are picked up by the appropriate person, customers must bring a valid photo ID to match the name on the order, unless stated otherwise (pick-up order is picked up by family member, or other personal stated when the order is placed, the alternate pick-up person must still bring a photo ID to verify.). Customers must also bring their order confirmation email or order number. This is to ensure safety and privacy for all orders, as well as eliminating any other conflicts with pick-up orders. All customers are expected to bring the appropriate vehicle/transportation according to the items that the customer has purchased for pick-up. For example, an abundance of feed bags can be difficult to load into the trunk of a car or backseat. Customers are expected to plan accordingly for their items.
All pick-up orders are to be picked up within the pick-up business hours (Monday-Sunday 10 AM - 7PM). At checkout, all information needed by Country Farm & Feed is gathered within the checkout form. Customers are responsible for filling out all information needed for the pick-up order. When a pick-up order is not picked up, the customer will be contacted by phone at the phone number listed on the order. The order will be held for 24 hours from the time that the order was available for pick-up. Once the 24 hour waiting period has ended, an email will be sent to the customer at the email address provided in the order, and the order will be canceled, refunded, and items will be placed back into inventory.
Return Policy
You may return unopened bags of feed within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as Country Farm & Feed will not offer pickup routes for items needing returned. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
To initiate a return, please submit a return form. The return form will be assigned to a team member, and customers will be contacted as soon as possible to begin the return process.
